BoxCast OTT

After BoxCast acquired Viewcastle, I led the technical integration and rebranding of the OTT platform’s admin dashboard. I focused on evolving the infrastructure for enterprise scale, optimizing performance and cost, and enabling product and support teams to fully adopt the system post-acquisition.

I built a scalable multi-tenant backend using AWS Lambda and Kinesis, introduced CI/CD workflows for release automation, and reduced operational costs for real-time viewer metrics by over 90%. I also collaborated with design and product teams to rebrand and streamline the OTT dashboard experience—preserving component architecture while aligning with BoxCast’s ecosystem.
