Halieus

Halieus is a discipleship platform built for one-on-one and small group mentoring, designed to guide users through multi-phase spiritual growth journeys. Developed in partnership with LifeStone Ministries, I led the engineering strategy and collaborated closely with our product designer to turn vision into systemized structure. The platform supports complex relationship mapping (leader to apprentice), flexible curriculum building, and progress tracking—all while maintaining personalized content delivery at scale.

From early whiteboard sessions through to MVP delivery, I led technical architecture decisions, collaborated on entity modeling, and implemented features that enable churches to customize content and assign discipleship objectives with clarity. Each view within the app adapts dynamically depending on a user’s role (leader or apprentice), while retaining cohesion through a unified design system. Halieus was engineered for long-term growth, with a backend that supports program diversity, organizational onboarding, and scalable content workflows for modern ministry.
