Viewcastle

Viewcastle was a no-code OTT platform I founded to help creators and ministries launch their own streaming apps across mobile, TV, and web platforms. Users could publish content, manage subscriptions, setup pay-per-view, and brand their experience—all without writing code.

I led product design, user flows, and platform architecture, building a template-based app creation engine that deployed to Roku, iOS, Android, Apple TV, and web. I also handled go-to-market strategy, onboarding our enterprise clients, and ultimately positioned the product for acquisition by BoxCast.
